1st Line IT support Engineer

I am working as an IT support engineer for the software of the company. My key responsibilities include, creating tickets in ZENDESK, prioritizing the tickets, resolving the tickets and escalate them to the 2nd line or other team. I provide front end support to the clients including IP whitelisting etc.

Traffic Data Operator

I am playing a key role in gathering incident data from a wide range of information sources, such as CCTV control rooms, police, highway authorities and social media before analyzing the traffic situation and relaying updates as part of bespoke incident service to commercial radio and TV stations within the United Kingdom and North America.

IT support analyst (1st line)

I worked as an IT support analyst who helps in resolving the issues of the clients and also worked on system installations, installing updates and establishing environment for providing online classes. It helped me to gain more experience as an IT hardware as well as software engineer. I was working as a member of Microsoft 365 admin Centre team and have a wide range of idea about user and group handling in 365.Also, I gained good knowledge in service now ticketing tool.
